How Voucher Hunter works
Find published hotel campaigns
Any hotel with an active host-published campaign appears here. Customers do not need to already own a voucher for the hotel to be visible.
Compare reward tiers
Use Wood, Silver, Gold, Platinum and higher tiers to compare stay requirements, voucher value, reward type, and resale availability.
Book, complete, then unlock
After the customer completes the required stay or activity conditions, the eligible voucher ticket can be unlocked and claimed.
How do customers find voucher hunts?
Customers search by hotel, city, location, reward name, voucher type, or tier. The table only needs published host campaigns, not vouchers already owned by the customer.
Does a customer need to own a voucher first?
No. Voucher Hunter is a discovery page. It shows hotels that have active published campaigns so customers can decide where to stay and what reward is worth hunting.
What does “Unlock” mean?
Unlock is the campaign requirement, usually the number of completed eligible stays or activities needed before the customer can claim that voucher tier.
Why does supply sometimes show “Open”?
Open means the API did not return a fixed available supply, or the campaign is configured as condition-based instead of a limited fixed drop.
Can unlocked vouchers be resold?
Only if the host campaign or tier enables resale. The Tradable filter helps customers find rewards that can move to the marketplace later.
